Pastor Michael M. Williams

Pastor Michael McKinley Williams, affectionately known as Pastor Mike or Big Mike, was born in Troy, Ohio to Bernice “Beeshie” Williams. Raised by a single mother, Michael graduated from Troy High School as a star athlete. Michael married his high school sweet-heart, LaDonna, in 1979 and moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1988 with her and their three children.

Pastor Mike’s mantra is, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” In 1993, he earned his BA Degree in Pastoral Counseling.  In 2007, he founded Triumphant Ministries where he is the Senior Pastor.  Prior to Pastoring, Michael was an Elder at Revival Center Ministries for 27 years. There, he served as the Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Marriage/Family Pastor. Michael was instrumental in spearheading the first “Jesus Parade” and City Wide Youth Revivals in Dayton, Ohio.

During his 30+ years in ministry, Michael has provided counseling and support to others. Because of his love for education, he voluntarily took many young people on educational field trips and college tours. He and his wife have taken countless of people into their home for temporary housing needs making it always open as a place of safety and wise counsel.

In 2002, Michael’s oldest son was murdered.  Michael and his wife now have full custody of not only that son’s son, but also his younger brother, who is unrelated to them.  Michael created the “M-Dub Basketball league” to honor his son.  Before each game, encouragement and prayer is given for participants to see an alternative to crime and violence.

Michael has been the Manager of Prevention Services at Project Cure for 20+ years. In this position, he helps at-risk children stay in school and families become reconciled.

Big Mike is a certified personal trainer with NESTA and actively involved in physical fitness and youth sports. At 54 years old, he can still bench press over 350 pounds. He is the Assistant Coach for the Dixie H.S. Boys Varsity basketball team, where his son Isaiah is the Head Coach. With their daughter, Marva as the executive director, Michael is the co-founder of a Performance Arts studio in Dayton Ohio called MikLaDonn Arts, named after him and his wife. Its mission is to “Teach self-discipline and self-esteem through dance, athletics and the arts.” He is a true example of a man striving to make and keep a change in his community. Big Mike is yet and still exemplifying Christ where ever he goes as true man of God!!

Pastor LaDonna Williams

Pastor LaDonna Williams, affectionately known as Don-Don or “The Don”, was born in Troy, Ohio to Roger and Mattie King. She graduated from Troy High School in 1979. That same year, LaDonna married her high school sweet heart, Michael, and they had their first child, Mikie. She had 2 more beautiful children (Isaiah and Marva). LaDonna and her husband have been together for 37 years and are still going strong. She has 4 lovely grandchildren (Starr, Gavin, McKinley and Isaiah-Michael). She and her family moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1988 and reside there still.

Pastor LaDonna’s mantra is “A wise woman builds her house, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.” (Prov. 14:1).  In 1993, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Counseling and is certified as a Marriage and Family Therapist.  She is a woman that loves God and has dedicated her life to helping others reach their full potential. Over 7 years ago, she and her husband founded Triumphant Ministries where she is the Co-Pastor.  Prior to Pastoring, she and her husband served at Revival Center Ministries for 27 years. In that capacity, they were Elders where they served in numerous roles; They were the Children’s Pastors for 3 years, where they created Behavior Bucks; the Youth Pastors for 16 years where they initiated the first Jesus Parade in the city of Dayton and helped in spearheading the first city wide Youth Revivals; and the Marriage and Family Pastors for 8 years. Don-Don has touched many lives and is looked upon as a mentor, friend, and a living example of a true woman of wisdom.

During her 30+ years in ministry, LaDonna has provided counseling and support to numerous people during difficult times in their lives. She has mentored many women and young adults believing that exposing them to a better life would help motivate them to create a better lifestyle for themselves. Because of her love of marriage, she and her husband have provided pre and post marital counseling to couples in need.  She and her husband have taken countless people into their home for temporary housing needs when they did not have any place else to go.  Their house has always been open to teenagers and young adults as a place where they knew people genuinely cared about their well-being, they would be safe and receive wise counseling.

LaDonna’s oldest son, Mikie, was violently murdered in 2002.  LaDonna and her husband now have full custody of not only Mikie’s son, but also his son’s younger brother, who is unrelated to them, because he had no family of his own to claim him.  Instead of getting angry and lashing out about her son’s passing, Pastor LaDonna decided to turn that anger into something useful and she and her family created a basketball league in honor of her son. They named it the “M-Dub Basketball league.”  Before each game, a word of encouragement would be given and a prayer said so that the boys participating could find an alternative to a life of crime and violence and focus their attention elsewhere. This league was so successful that another league in Troy Ohio was created as well.

“The Don” has also served the community as the Director of the Family W.O.R.K.S. program and Parent Teen Conflict program at Project IMPACT Dayton. While there, her major focus was to help families reconcile their relationships, prevent at risk children from staying at risk and help people find employment. She has since retired from her job there but is still actively involved in doing her part to see families become whole again by counseling on a contract basis.

Pastor LaDonna is also the co-founder of a performance arts studio, named after her and her husband, in Dayton Ohio called MikLaDonn Arts where she teaches Beginning Ballet. MikLaDonn Arts’ mission is to “teach self-discipline and self-esteem through dance, athletics, and the arts.” Don-Don has been able to show her local church members, her family and her community a true example of a woman striving to make and keep a change in her community.  She is still working today and still exemplifying Christ where ever she goes. “The Don” is a woman of integrity, a woman of wisdom and most importantly, a woman of God!!!
